Angel Bear Order Form

This is the No.1 Australian Angelman Syndrome Association 'Angel Bear'. She is a 10 inch white, straight pile German Mohair, handmade artist bear, designed and made by Jaccy Thomas of Driftwood Bears, The Whitsundays, North Queensland, Australia.

All 'Angel Bears' come with full feathered wings, a halo of matching flowers to the five coloured themes that are available – pale pink, dark pink, apricot, mauve and blue. Each 'Angel Bear' also comes with an angel charm around his or her neck, and is fully jointed, stuffed with polyflock, and with natural ultrasuede paw pads.

The 'Angel Bear' is modelled on the predominant charactistics of Angelman afflicted children. Most have beautiful blonde hair and penetrating blue eyes, fair skin (hence the white colour of the bears) and, like the 'Angel Bear', they all have beautiful, happy personalities.

The 'Angel Bear' project is very dear to the hearts of Jaccy and David Thomas, who have developed it to raise medical research funds for the Australian Angelman Syndrome Assoc. All profits from the sale of 'Angel Bears' go direct to the association, with Jaccy Thomas donating the design and her time to handmaking the bears for this project.

Each bear comes with its own unique birth certificate and all are individually numbered, both on the certificate and on a leather tag attached to the bear. They are sure to become collector's items as time goes by.
